I just tried using my tablet in gimp, and boy does it feel weird. trying to draw in it the same way I did in photoshop, wound up with a marker-like result, but not in a good way.

I felt more clumsy then when even when I first started to use the tablet (ms paint experiances aside) and I felt I couldn't get any clean lines. I don't know if that's because of the the scale I was working or not. but it's definately weird when you go from pressure variation changing the brush size, to having the same brush size and the pressure changing the opacity instead.

Alas, I'm sure with practice that I'll get better with gimp, but oh how I wish ubunutu supported photoshop better. ; _;
